Meet Emily.

Emily Henderson, Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor

Emily discovered Pilates in 2016 while healing from chronic back pain. As a lover of all things exercise, she knew movement was the answer and desired something that was challenging, safe, and sustainable. After a few clumsy but motivating Pilates classes, she was convinced this was exactly what her body needed. In 2018, she earned her comprehensive instructor training in Pittsburgh, PA and has since seen each of her clients heal and become stronger through their own Pilates practice. Emily lives in Dewitt, NY with her husband, 2 dogs and daughter. You'll never see her without coffee.
